Highly probably the best matcha latte in Singapore. I recently had a matcha at a matcha chain with a few outlets that cost almost 3 times the price of what Noob charges, that tasted only a third as nice. Noob's matcha latte is THE. REAL. DEAL. I don't bother going anywhere else for matcha lattes now.

here’s what we got!
🍵earl grey matcha (w oat milk)
the matcha’s intensity is impressive, very gao! interestingly, I found out that they actually make their own earl grey syrup. while it leans on the sweeter side so it might be a bit much for some, I found it to be the perfect counter-balance to the matcha’s earthiness. it rounds out the flavors so beautifully that you get all the richness without any harsh bitterness.

☕️dirty earl (w oat milk)
since it was our first visit, the owner recommended their Earl Grey Coffee, which is one of the Noob’s favourites! think of it as a sophisticated, 'Ang Moh' Yuan Yang!! the blend of earl grey and coffee is spot on. my sister, who is a coffee addict, is absolutely obsessed with it <3

🍰 banana cake
I usually don’t eat fruit cakes so I was surprised that I actually liked this! the cake was super soft, moist and it’s definitely a crowd’s favourite!! (other customers behind us also got a few banana cakes~)

🍕truffle focaccia
omg this was the star of the show!! really my fav <3 as someone who loves savoury food, the mix of truffle taste with mushroom and the hot focaccia is really the best👌🏻 I would definitely come back just for this!!

overall, the atmosphere is also very vibey and we can choose to sit down while waiting for our freshly made drinks and food!! do give them a visit especially when you are in the west~
